The V Residence Interior Design Project is a comprehensive redesign of a private home located in Coral Gables, Miami, completed in 2023. The design celebrates the refined, tropical-modern lifestyle characteristic of
South Florida, blending warm textures with contemporary elegance.
The proposal focuses on open, fluid spaces that maximize natural light and create a serene, sophisticated ambiance. Soft neutral palettes, natural woods, textured stones, and brass accents compose the visual language,
resulting in a timeless and inviting atmosphere. Large windows and sliding doors strengthen the connection between interior spaces and Miami’s lush outdoor environment.
Each room was reimagined to enhance comfort and functionality— from a warm, resort-inspired master suite to a cohesive social area ideal for entertaining. Custom millwork, curated furniture, and layered lighting give
the home a bespoke, refined character.

The project began with a detailed evaluation of the existing interiors, identifying ways to improve spatial flow, brightness, and material harmony . DR22 reconfigured the main social spaces to create a more seamless and
integrated layout, enhancing movement and visual transparency .
Through a curated selection of natural materials and crafted finishes, the interiors were transformed into a tranquil and elevated setting. Custom cabinetry, lighting concepts, and furniture placement were coordinated
using BIM methodologies to ensure accuracy and alignment with the client’s lifestyle.
Outdoor–indoor continuity played a central role, inspiring the use of warm tones, organic textures, and natural greenery to echo the Coral Gables environment.
